2017-2019 was a very dynamic period for me. Many planets began transiting my 1st House in 2017, and by 2018, I was 'square dancing.' Planets transiting my 1st House were squaring planets in my 9th House. Life became so activated and adventurous. I was at the peak of a career in education, and my love and I had recently found each other. Life's plan delivered to me several opportunities, which is associated with Jupiter Cycle Three; and, I felt ready, enthralled, challenged, and optimistic.
The sign with my 1st House is Capricorn, and the sign with my 9th House is Libra. These Cardinal Squares got me moving! On the one leg, Venus (Libra) lit me up in a personal relationship that I manifested through years of energy-work, and my inner-work and our relationship continues. On the other leg, Saturn (Capricorn) ignited my vitality and got me on stage, and with that came recognition of my talents and my abilities, particularly as an educator, which I began manifesting after graduating from college with a degree in Psychology. Work and play found a rhythmic movement, and I found myself on a sensational ride!
Square aspects can feel destined, intense, forced, accelerated, empowering, or more often a combination of these, depending on efforts, abilities to compromise, situations, decisions, free-will, and how people play their game. For me it was a combination of destined, intense, and empowering.
Cardinal signs are about leadership, initiative, actions, and activities. Cardinal energetics are about: conscious awareness and presence amidst activities of daily living, ownership and implementation of our initiatives, and taking appropriate and necessary actions.
How would you describe your experience(s) during the Grand Cardinal Square of 2020, when Mars, Chiron, and Eris in Aries squared Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in Capricorn?
