My Story
Due to my family background, as I grew older each day, I began to value relationships and connections more and more. Since I am a child of divorced parents, there was a period of time in my childhood when self-care took over for parental care.
I'm inspired to improve the quality of my life and I'm inspired to help improve the quality of other people's lives, especially by showing how people can expand their innate healing abilities and attain their health and wellness goals, naturally and scientifically. The more consistently I practice my health and wellness activities that include yoga, exercise, meditations, holistic health dieting, and energy health treatments, the more self-love and inner peace I cultivate.
Self-love is one of the keys to a healthier relationship with yourself, which facilitates and allows for more satisfying relationships with other people. Tuning-in to inspirational thoughts by experiencing present-moment awareness is one of my daily practices.

My Background
My educational background is in Behavioral Sciences and my Psychology degree is from San Jose State University. Interestingly, the field of Psychology is rooted in Astrology. During my college years, I paid special attention to Jungian Analysis Psychology. Carl Jung himself, explored how Astrology lead to Psychology. These types of human sciences moved me to wellness, healing, and nature. As I moved forward on my healing journey, I felt guided by these sciences through processes of self-inquiry, self-love, and melioration.
During 2011-2021, I've been a Habilitation Plan Administrator, Therapeutic Specialist, Educational Specialist, and Intern-Counselor in both clinical and non-clinical public settings. Some of my strengths are: connecting with people, assessing client needs, research and summarizing relevant information, consulting, and motivating clients to engage in self-improvement.
APC originated in 2014, and over the years, I've developed extensive knowledge about Astrology, Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM), Gemology/Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, bio-energetic systems of the human body, and various energy healing modalities, through self-study and application. Generally, I'm passionate about health, wellness, co-creation, relationships, personal growth, spiritual growth, and self-discovery/self-inquiry.
