Within the "digital space" of the Internet there's an incessant amalgamation of information, mis-information, opinions, advertisements, and communication, which seems to continuously grow each day. Focusing and aligning can be very challenging for some people nowadays, especially because of the amount of distractions that are often coming at us via the Internet. Cell phones, computers, and IPads are being used by most people in their lives for many hours of almost every day. Often, many people are TOO "plugged in" and practically living online, whether they're consumers engaged in excessive shopping, Gen-Zers hanging out with friends but scrolling through TikTok, entrepreneurs creating and consuming content in order to maintain their view counts, or the average employee messaging, researching, and using apps throughout their day. The Internet can block us from putting our energy health first and impede us from the present-moment life has to offer. It's important for people to understand and remember that humans are not designed to be "plugged in," and unfortunately, there are many adverse consequences from choosing that lifestyle, which many people are contending with - such as: • less focus • shortened attention spans • trouble concentrating • insomnia • anhedonia • inertia induced diseases Sound familiar? What's the solution to restoring or sustaining our health and well-being amidst this grandiose migration to the "digital space" of the Internet, and so much reliance on technology? A practical way to remediate this situation is to give ourselves permission to re-enter the natural world and reconnect with people in it. The idea is to connect with people in your immediate, natural environment and local communities, but not necessarily emphasizing a need to interact with those who live across the world through a blue-lit, glass screen, because: 1. Quality, especially when it comes to your energy and presence, is more valuable than quantity and scattering yourself all over the "digital space" can easily drain your energy. 2. Humans are designed for movement within the natural world, away from energy interfering devices. If you distance yourself from people and the elements for too long, your health and well-being will inevitably decline. We don't live in a vacuum; we live in ecological environments with people and an abundance of life. 3. Nature is a foundational energy health pillar. It's up to each of us to decide whether or not we want to choose a lifestyle that supports our alignment with our etheric and physical bodies, which are innately programmed for health and wellness. Nature provides an abundance of solutions for us, if we are willing to be open, curious, and experiment. Energy healing is about creating bio-energetic balance within and around the body and learning and incorporating the principles of energy health. Some of those principles include movement, unlearning and reprogramming, sleep, being in The Now, and focusing on what you want in order to manifest your best self. Energy Healing is closely linked to Energy Psychology. APC offers Energy Psychology-based healing sessions that includes the use of the CEP (Comprehensive Energy Psychology) model. This prominent modality borrows from modalities like Though Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Eden Energy Medicine (EEM). In sum, CEP encompasses the harnessing of the human bio-energy systems to help shift unease, stress, and discomfort stemming from a variety of causes. The Energy Psychology-based Healing Programs available at APC are based on important foundational energy health principles that will soon be surmised in a guidebook written by APC's energy healer Matthew Elszy. Expect that to come out later this year or early next year. At the core of APC's Energy Psychology-based healing services, the client is asked to expose an issue to be treated. Once the issue is brought into awareness, the client is then asked to take part in the healing techniques (which foster more likelihood that the energy dysfunction surrounding that issue will be corrected). Often the client is helped to decrease stressful feelings or sensations and/or increase the desired ones. The approach is as follows: all emotional or physical ailments have roots of an energy disruption within the client. The healing techniques treat the stress that is directly causing the energy disruption. APC's Energy Psychology-based Healing sessions are available online and in-person. Gemology is another natural solution to adverse impacts that can be caused by the Internet. Gemology Healing is a type of energy healing and energy medicine that uses the science of crystal or gemstone materials and energy (sound/frequencies/vibrations) to enhance our innate abilities to balance the human energy systems. In Gemology, Bloodstone, Clear Fluorite, and Clear Calcite are some of the best crystals and gemstones that can help to tune into and strengthen the ability to focus energy or pay attention. Additionally, Shungite is very valuable to have in your field of energy at all times because it's instrumental when it comes to remediating adverse impacts from technological devices (e.g., Electro-Magnetic Frequency, and/or Electro-Magnetic Pollution). Furthermore, Red Calcite is immensely beneficial because it heals the Root Chakra, hips, knees, and bones. It can help you get past hurdles and move forward. Red Calcite can also help you eliminate negative energy. Crystal Healing services are provided in-person in Seattle, Washington, USA. APC's Crystal Healing services include infusions of frequency bands and vibrations from different sets of crystals (which are referred to as crystal layouts). APC offers three types of crystal layout services: Clearing, Building, and Spiritual Expansion. The Clearing frequencies can relieve tension and lower stress level. The Building frequencies can bring healthy and/or positive thoughts into a person's energy system. The Spiritual Expansion frequencies encourage exploration and increased spiritual awareness. To conclude, the Internet and technology are helpful and useful when it comes to numerous conveniences; however, these tools are used with a specific cost: systemic energetic interference (any pervasive energetic disturbance that hinders: healing, polarity of and/or proper direction of energy flow within the human energy systems, or neurological organization in the brain). For example, fast food is very convenient but very unhealthy for the body because it is so inundated with poisonous chemicals and contains so little nutritional value that it becomes energetic toxins. The point is, paths containing pure convenience and comfort zone are often not within our best interests when it comes to our health and wellness journey. Holistic health and wellness is a lifestyle that requires effort, energy, dedication, and determination to do our inner-work for inner-peace. Inner-work is called "work" because it requires effortful focus, awareness, and repeated consistent practice for each of us to engage in; nobody else can do it for you. You must be your own hero; however, APC's Energy Psychology professionals and healers are available to help with this process. Some important questions to ask ourselves throughout the day are: • How am I feeling? • What's my vibe? • Do my lifestyle choices, my behaviors, my beliefs (especially about myself), and my thoughts in this moment support my health and wellness? If you know you want and/or need help navigating your healing process, feel free to reach out to me, or drop a comment and I will reach out to you.
